H.S.J.P.S.A. League Fees

$1000.00-Officials Fees per game ($50.00 per official X 2) X (10 games)

$100.00-Team Fee

U.A.C. believes the H.S.J.P.S.A. leagues fees must be fairly administered and equally distributed among players. Total # of players at the close of registration will determine the final shared league cost. Example: H.S.J.P.S.A. has a minimum of 12 players per team to be able to compete.

$1000.00 (Officials fee) divided by 12 players is $83.33

$100.00 (Team fee) divided by 12 players is $8.33

$5.00 (Players fee) assessed to each Individual is $5.00

Total H.S.J.P.S.A. fee per player is $96.66

Sadler Sports and recreation fees-U.A.C. believes the Insurance fees must be fairly administered and equally distributed among players. Total # of players at the close of registration will determine the final shared Insurance cost. Example: H.S.J.P.S.A. has a minimum of 12 players per team to be able to compete.

$232.00-Elementary division divided by 12 players is $19.33

$346.00-Intermediate division divided by 12 players is $28.83

Returning players insurance cost is zero as they are covered from 6/30/11 to 6/30/12

Total nonrefundable Deposit for returning player is $65.00/New players is $130.00

$161.66 is the projected cost for returnees per player based on 12 players

$245.99 is the projected cost for new players based on 12 players in the Elementary division

$255.49 is the projected cost for new players based on 12 players in the Intermediate division

Helmets and shoulder pads are not included in U.A.C. or H.S.J.P.S.A. fees. You are welcome to bring your own WHITE helmet and shoulder pad or you have the option to purchase new helmet and shoulder pads thru U.A.C. at a cost of $150.00.

UPON PAYMENT IN FULL, ALL EQUIPMENT, CUSTOM UNIFORMS, APPAREL AND ACCESSORIES THEN BECOME THE SOLE PROPERTY OF PURCHASER.
