Directions to Laie Park: Take H-2 to Wahiawa or Kunia to Wahiawa, pass Haleiwa Town. After Kahuku High School look for the Cackle Fresh Eggs Shop, take the next right by the Laie Park sign. The park will be on your left. The bleachers near the road are where we will be seated.
Alternate route is H-3 to Kahekili Hwy, through Kualoa Ranch into Laie…pass the Mormon Temple and then look for the Laie Park sign and turn left. If you pass the Cackle Fresh Eggs Shop you went too far.
DO NOT BE LATE: Time yourself accordingly. You can expect to drive anywhere from 50 minutes to an hour and a half depending on traffic to get there. Players who arrive after the designated report time are considered late and will be penalized.
MEAL: A meal is available for sale by Laie Park’s concession for $6 per plate and includes Kalua Pig, Rice, Mac Salad and a Canned Drink. This is a presale fundraiser for Laie. Please bring $6 to Aunty Leilani by Tuesday, April 3 if you wish to reserve a meal. NO LATE ORDERS WILL BE TAKEN since we have to call in the count by Wednesday, April 4.
Finally, we will be taking a more disciplined approach to such things as tardiness to practices, missed practices, failure to wear proper practice gear and safety equipment, failure to follow directions, back talk from players, inattentiveness and horseplay in general. Please speak to your player about these details since it will impact their playing time and ability to travel with the team to future game sites. Continuous infractions by players will no longer be tolerated.
